Town staff and the equipment manufacturer are actively working to resolve an ongoing control issue affecting both the filtration and feature pump electronic systems. The existing Vortex Maestro controller—originally assessed to have remaining useful life— and was not replaced during the 2025 rehabilitation project. However, it has since been identified as a contributing factor to the current system malfunction.
Due to variables beyond their control, including shipping delays and equipment availability, they are currently unable to provide a definitive reopening timeline. Please rest assured that they are closely monitoring all shipments and are coordinating with the contractor to ensure the fastest possible resolution.
They appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
