March 18, 2020 – Through May 17, the Town will waive utility late fees and will not disconnect customers’ utility services. The customer service window at the rear of Town Hall will be open through at least April 13. As previously communicated, utility customers are asked to make payments via mail or by using the drop box at the rear of Town Hall. Online and pay-by-phone payments also continue to be available with a service fee charged by our third-party vendor. Customers are encouraged to sign up for ACH automatic payments for their convenience.
