Motorists are urged to use Northfield Drive to detour the construction zone.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_pull_quote td_pull_left\">\n<h3>Green Street redesign begins\u00a0<strong>May 21,\u00a0<\/strong>road will be closed to traffic north of Lucas Drive (entrance Arbuckle Acres) to 56th Street through 4th quarter 2018.<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h6>The redesign of the town\u2019s primary north\/south arterial will add a dedicated left-turn lane, sidewalks and bike lanes. The $6.1 million project is 52 percent federally-funded through the Highway Safety Improvement Program.<\/h6>\n<h6>Additional infrastructure improvements underway include the construction of a new centrally-located Arbuckle Acres entrance, the extension of Enderly Avenue and Mill Street, and the installation of a new stoplight at 56th and Grant streets.
