The Williams Park Splash Pad is closed, awaiting parts and shipping from the Canadian manufacturer. <\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Town staff and the equipment manufacturer are actively working to resolve an ongoing control issue affecting both the filtration and feature pump electronic systems. The existing Vortex Maestro controller<\/a><\/span>\u2014originally assessed to have remaining useful life\u2014 and was not<\/u> replaced during the 2025 rehabilitation project. However, it has since been identified as a contributing factor to the current system malfunction.<\/p>\n

Due to variables beyond their control, including shipping delays and equipment availability, they are currently unable to provide a definitive reopening timeline. Please rest assured that they are closely monitoring all shipments and are coordinating with the contractor to ensure the fastest possible resolution.<\/p>\n

They appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.<\/p>\n
