The Town of Brownsburg invites community and area residents to a public open house to discuss the Lincolnwood Park Master Plan. <\/p>\n

This meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Eaton Hall, located at 61 North Green Street.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

This 2025 proposal first introduced on April 24th,<\/a><\/span> takes into account public comments received from two previous attempts (2017-2019 and 2021-2023) by the town to design a similar amenity.  This third attempt, incorporates a bigger outdoor component and devises a master plan for the entire site.<\/p>\n

The current Lincolnwood Park Master Plan offers three distinct program areas:<\/p>\n

\u2022<\/strong> $20.5 Million \u2013 Outdoor Aquatics
\n\u2022<\/strong> $55.0 Million \u2013 Multi-Purpose Indoor Recreation Center
\n\u2022<\/strong> $16.5 Million \u2013 Outdoor Amphitheater<\/p>\n

No timelines have been established, and all associated costs are likely to increase over time.  No funding sources for the construction or ongoing operations of any of the program areas have been provided to date. <\/p>\n

In Eaton Hall, design concepts on poster boards will be displayed and the public will have the opportunity to speak directly to Town Council and Town staff members.  There is no set agenda, this allows for residents to stop in at a time most convenient and share their points of view.   No votes will be taken at the meeting.<\/p>\n

Feedback will be collected and will directly influence the final plan and park amenities. <\/p>\n

The public is strongly encouraged to attend.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For those unable to attend this meeting, a second meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Eaton Hall.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
