\nMay 21, 2025<\/strong> – Additional charges have been filed against Gabriel Garner (pictured top), as two additional children are suspected of being sexually abused at Mainstreet University 4 Kidz located in Brownsburg.
\n 
\nGabriel Garner now faces 48 total charges, those counts include child molestation, child exploitation, vicarious sexual gratification, possession of child pornography, voyeurism. The earlier count was 43 charges. Gabriel Garner\u2019s jury trial is scheduled for Tuesday, July 22nd.<\/p>\n

\"\"The story continues:<\/strong>
\nTo date, police have identified a total of eight child victims.<\/p>\n

Nancy Minton (pictured left), owner initial court date is Friday, May 23rd at 9:00am.
\nJennyfer Lingbeck (pictured right) director, initial court date is scheduled for Monday, June16th at 1:00pm.<\/p>\n

Both women face the following charges:<\/p>\n

(1) Obstruction of Justice, Level 5 Felony – case is domestic violence\/child abuse 
\n(1) Neglect of a Dependent, Level 6 Felony
\n(1) Obstruction of Justice, Level 6 Felony – alter, damage, remove, records 
\n(1) Obstruction of Justice, Level 6 Felony-  makes, presents, or uses a false record
\n(3) Failure to Report,  Class B Misdemeanor<\/p>\n

Brownsburg Police investigation continues in partnership with the Hendricks County Prosecutor\u2019s Office, Indiana State Police, Indiana Department of Child Services, the Child Advocacy Center and Susan\u2019s Place.<\/p>\n

To serve as a timeframe reference for parents, Garner had been an employee of Main Street University 4 Kidz since February 2021 and had resigned in April of this year.<\/p>\n
