\nTwo more people have been arrested as a result of a continuing investigation into crimes against children at Mainstreet University 4 Kidz Brownsburg Indiana.<\/p>\n

\"\"The Story Continues:<\/strong>
\nBrownsburg police arrest daycare owner Nancy Minton and director Jennyfer Lingbeck Friday, May 16h. Both are accused of not reporting allegations against of one of their employees suspected of sexual misconduct against children. The employee Gabriel Garner of Avon, was arrested earlier this month (see link below).<\/p>\n

Both women face the following charges:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Three counts of Failure to Report, a Class B Misdemeanor
\n\u2022 Obstruction of Justice, case is domestic violence\/child abuse, a Level 5 Felony
\n\u2022 Neglect of a Dependent, Def. placed dep. in situation that endangers dep, a Level 6 Felony
\n\u2022 Obstruction of Justice, Def alters, damages, or removes any record, document, a Level 6 Felony
\n\u2022 Obstruction of Justice, Def makes, presents, or uses a false record, document, a Level 6 Felony<\/p>\n

Both women have a $2500.00 Cash Bond.<\/p>\n

Brownsburg Police investigation continues in partnership with the Hendricks County Prosecutor’s Office, Indiana State Police, Indiana Department of Child Services, the Child Advocacy Center and Susan’s Place.<\/p>\n
