At A Glance:
\nWhat:  <\/strong>At approximately 11:35 AM, units were dispatched to the intersection of 267 and 700 North WAWA<\/a><\/span> site construction for a Building Fire with potential entrapment.<\/p>\n

The Story Continues:<\/strong>
\nWhile in route to the scene, Car 1303 observed a column of smoke coming from the area and marked the incident as a working building fire. It was later relayed to crews that this was at the WAWA<\/span><\/a> that was under construction. Once on scene, smoke and fire were visible from the rooftop and crews began to go to work. Ladder 131 personnel cleared the first floor for any victims, but information had been received that there was still an individual on the roof. While the search was taking place, other crews began throwing ground ladders to the roof to prepare for a rescue. The individual was found on the rooftop and immediately was assisted down with the help of Battalion 130. Engine 131 began initial fire attack and were able to bring the fire under control in 8-10 minutes. Engine 132 provided water supply for the fire attack crews, while Engine 133 pulled an additional backup line to help with fire suppression. There were no injuries to report from either Fire Personnel or civilians.<\/p>\n

The fire is still under investigation with the Brownsburg Fire Territory Fire Marshals Office at this time and will then be turned over to the building representatives.<\/p>\n
