\nBOONE COUNTY, Ind.<\/strong> – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces nightly restrictions on I-65 between State Road 47 and S.R. 32 starting Wednesday, June 15 near Lebanon. The southbound lanes of I-65 will be restricted to 11 ft. lanes with 4 ft. shoulders to allow crews to start on phase three of the added travel lanes project. The restrictions will be between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. until the end of June, weather permitting.This project was awarded to E & B Paving, LLC. for $83.7 million. It also includes bridge replacements near U.S. 52, a bridge removal near Lafayette Avenue, small structure replacements and drainage construction on I-65. The entire project is expected to be completed in May of 2023.INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone.
